Professional work across companies and clients: from mobile development to service integration, automation, data and infrastructure. ## Lyzer: From bug investigation to proposed fixes Client through Latitudde / Conkord I built a workflow connecting logs, tasks and code with human review, and worked on the logistics operation's backend and backoffice. ### Contribution - Connected Claude Code to Sentry, Jira and Azure MCP integrations to investigate bug trends, create tickets and propose pull requests for simple fixes, with mandatory developer approval. - Created code-generation skills following project conventions and spec-driven development documents, and built and maintained the pipeline. - Worked on a .NET BFF that queries microservices through GraphQL and HTTP and composes responses for the app; backoffice work included reusable components, responsive interfaces and refactoring. **Stack:** Claude Code · MCP · Sentry · Jira · Azure DevOps · .NET · GraphQL · Next.js ## Visagio: School allocation with Python and linear optimization Data and optimization Developed a public-school allocation system connecting business rules, data and user workflows. ### Contribution - Worked on full-stack development with Python, Django and React for the school allocation system. - Configured AWS EC2 instances to run linear optimization routines in Python with OR-Tools. - Automated Google Sheets processes with Apps Script and communicated technical progress through weekly stakeholder reports. **Stack:** Python · Django · React · OR-Tools · AWS EC2 · Google Apps Script ## Human Robotics: Face and mask detection on Robios Computer vision and IoT Integrated camera capture, inference and device communication in a robotics product. ### Contribution - Developed Android features in Java for face detection and mask-use classification, integrated with a TensorFlow model. - Used Camera2 to capture the images consumed by the computer vision workflow. - Worked with real-time MQTT communication between devices and backend, in a setting with LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors and NUC mini PCs. **Stack:** Android · Java · Camera2 · TensorFlow · MQTT ## Iberdrola: Mobile and offline experience for energy sales Client through Latitudde / Conkord Worked on a renewable energy sales system with PWA capabilities, an anti-fraud integration and form rules. ### Contribution - Developed Progressive Web App capabilities for the mobile experience and offline use. - Integrated the IPQualityScore API to support fraud protection. - Implemented client-side form validation and search filters with Laravel Query Builder. **Stack:** PHP · Laravel · Vue.js · PWA · IPQualityScore API ## Ernst & Young: Dynamic forms for legal practice management Client through Latitudde / Conkord Modernized a Flutter application and worked on registration, document and Android/iOS release workflows. ### Contribution - Handled API changes and compatibility with Flutter updates in an existing application. - Developed dynamic forms for clients, opportunities and potential conflicts, with complex rules and BLoC state management. - Implemented image and document capture and upload, and led store publication. **Stack:** Flutter · Dart · BLoC · Android · iOS · Firebase ## CTT — Correios de Portugal: Android for delivery tracking Client through Latitudde / Conkord Worked on variant consolidation, notifications and offline continuity in a courier system. ### Contribution - Unified single-language applications using Gradle flavor dimensions. - Implemented FCM notifications that triggered in-app events and improved issue investigation with Crashlytics. - Enabled offline use for couriers through local data persistence. **Stack:** Android · Kotlin · Gradle · FCM · Crashlytics ## Águas de Monchique: Frontend, backend and database in containers Client through Latitudde / Conkord Set up a Docker environment and maintained the project; deliveries for the client also include a Flutter Web dashboard. ### Contribution - Created the Docker setup for frontend, backend and database from scratch, standardizing system execution. - Worked on maintenance and small improvements following the initial setup. - Delivered a Flutter Android application and a web dashboard for the client. **Stack:** Docker · Flutter Web ## Fullsix: OCR API analysis and support for a .NET team Client through Latitudde / Conkord Analyzed a Python OCR API and helped .NET developers work with Python. ### Contribution - Analyzed and explained the OCR API's behavior in the project context. - Guided .NET developers through Python fundamentals and data structures. **Stack:** Python · OCR API ## Ascendi / SustIMS: Mobile delivery and issue reproduction Client through Latitudde / Conkord Worked on React Native deliveries for Android/iOS and reused agent workflows for SustIMS maintenance. ### Contribution - Delivered Android and iOS builds. - Turned Sentry events into mocks to reproduce errors and support investigation. - Prepared demonstrations using recent non-sensitive data through the maintenance workflows. **Stack:** React Native · Android · iOS · Sentry · AI agents ## Águas de Portugal: Business needs translated into scope Requirements and product Led requirements discovery, scope refinement and business rule mapping. ### Contribution - Led sessions to understand client needs and align system scope. - Created detailed flowcharts and mapped business rules to guide implementation. **Stack:** Requirements · Business rules · Flowcharts ## Code 495 / LineLinker Pro: LineLinker Pro: offline fieldwork and responsive maps Client through Latitudde / Conkord Coordinated a four-person team across backend and mobile and contributed to the code of a Flutter application for field operations. ### Contribution - Coordinated a four-person team across backend and mobile and aligned the project weekly with stakeholders while contributing directly to the code. - Implemented offline use with automatic background synchronization when connectivity returned and user-assisted resolution of conflicts between versions. - Reduced map loading from around two minutes to under one second and increased rendering from around 5 to 60 FPS when moving the map, using point clustering. **Stack:** Flutter · Dart · Android · iOS ## Conkord: Mobile leadership Mobile leadership I lead Conkord’s mobile practice.
